Training and Completing a half or full marathon is an adventure you are going to enjoy tremendously! The Experience is something you will NEVER FORGET!
What Can You Expect From My Training Programs?
- You will receive a monthly calendar outlining each day of training for the month. It will show you how many miles you should be completing each day or if it is an off day. It will also include mileage for your long run of the week. The calendars are very easy to read and can even be printed out and placed somewhere you will always see it.
- Marathon Training and Half Marathon Training schedules are offered for Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. All skill levels are included. Even if this is your first Half or Full Marathon I have a schedule for you.
- Walkers and Runners training schedules are also available. Maybe it’s your first marathon and you’re not sure you are up to running the whole thing. No problem.
- Weekly tips from me to ensure you are receiving all the necessary information you need to ensure a successful race. These tips will come in the form of electronic downloads as well as some videos.
- Detailed Information on what type of gear you should be training in. From your shoes to your socks to sweats, shorts and shirts. Don’t overlook this important part of training.
- Stretching, Cross Training and Injury Prevention. When to do it, how to do it and most importantly how not to get injured. But even ways to recover from injuries is covered
- Nutrition and Hydration. Two of the most important parts of training. Both will be covered extensively during the extent of your program.
- Motivation. You are taking on a great challenge and I want to make sure you are successful so you will be receiving regular motivational stories, thoughts and quotes to keep you focused on achieving your goal.
- Monthly drawings for over $200 worth of fitness and training merchandise. Items include such things as Garmin training watches, Running Shorts, Running Shirts, Shoes, etc.
